Description	ISATIS is an integrated geostatistical package which offers geoscientists a wide range of tools for data analysis, estimation and risk analysis. It interfaces with standard GIS formats. It provides interactive analysis of 2D and 3D data with variogram maps and fitting, as well as many estimation techniques (simple and ordinary kriging, indicator kriging, polygon kriging, factorial kriging, disjunctive kriging, uniform conditioning etc) and stochastic conditional simulations (turning bands, SGS, SIS, TGS, PGS etc). Features include: Data investigation, cleaning and validation (quality control). Reliable Mapping (assessing data precision) of natural resources or concentration of pollutants. Integration of all qualitative and quantitative available data. Optimization of monitoring network or sampling campaigns (spatial representativity). Etimation of spoiled volumes in contaminated sites. Classification of the materials as contaminated or safe. Quantification of uncertainties to keep control of the costs (risk analysis).
