| Description | PLog Enterprise is an ArcGIS based enterprise data management system for site investigation data. It eliminates the need for paper files of borehole logs, ensures all data is available on demand, and provides data mining for historic projects. It is a single SQL Server database for all your geotechnical data. Any geotechnical data you currently have in gINT files can be stored in the database including data for boreholes (soil and rock descriptions, samples, field test results, groundwater data), dilatometer test soundings, cone penetration test soundings, well installations, slope inclinometer installations, soil laboratory test data and environmental laboratory test data. It uses an ArcMap interface to allow users to see all data in the database. Users can spatially select individual points or groups of points through the map-based interface. Alternatively, they can build non-spatial queries to data mine the entire database for specific information. Once a user has selected the points of interest, they can generate any report they currently are using in gINT using the PLog Enterprise GIS Tool. |
