Description | IE2DL is used for the 2D resistivity and IP modelling by the integral equation method in which the whole medium is divided in to blocks, each with a specific resistivity Rho and chargeability Eta. The program can calculate an electrical field (Rho_a) for different arrays. Arrays types include: Schlumberger array (AMNB), pole-dipole AMN and MNB - with moving current electrodes or with moving measuring electrodes, pole-pole AM array, dipole axial and dipole equatorial (for underground measurements), gradient array etc. Result visualisation draws VES curves and Rho_a pseudo cross-sections to compare theoretical and field results for manual interpretation of field data. Manual includes 15 pages of text and figures. Programs copy protected. |
