Description | Interdex is software for producing drillhole maps, cross sections and plans, sectional resource estimates, and visualising data trends in orebodies. Also used for geochemical data visualisation and interpretation. Features probability plots, data normalisation, imaging, subsetting, statistics. The program features Windows true type hatch pattern and symbol fonts, drawing tools, and can be used to produce geological maps and sections at any size using printers and plotters. Data import and export in ODBC, ASCII TAB, Comma, Space, Interdex & Micromine formats. It generates vertical, horizontal and inclined drillhole sections showing any number of user-defined parameters. Additional features are interactive drillhole intercepts, stratigraphic correlation, sectional resource estimates, and images of subsurface data trends. Surface geochemical samples can be visualized and interpreted using on-screen tools: interactive cumulative frequency plots, geochemical images, data subsetting, normalization, and statistics. The program features CAD-type drawing tools, true type hatch pattern and fonts. A plot editor generates drawings at any scale, which may be printed to Windows devices or saved in metafile or PDF formats. An integral 3D Viewer permits dynamic visualization of cross sections, surface maps, images and digital topography. |
