| Description | EQuIS Geology is compatible with the EQuIS Chem environmental data management and analysis system. Written in Visual Basic and Microsoft Access, it offers integration with other Microsoft tools. Site information such as the drilling method, drill rig type, and location are entered for each borehole. Vertical trace sample data such as concentration, resistivity, porosity and other parameters can be associated with each borehole, in addition to the standard SPT, Shelby-tube and Split-barrel test data. Supported lab tests include, but are not limited to: Atterberg Limits: Permeability Tests: Triaxial Tests: Sieve and Hydrometer Analyses: Direct Shear Tests: Consolidation Tests. Stratigraphic and sample data can be exported to industry standard software products for analysis, GIS, and 3D solid modeling. Interfaces with the Department of Defense's Groundwater Modeling System (GMS), ESRIs Arc View 2, Rockware's LogPlot, Surfer by Golden Software and Environmental Simulations Groundwater Vistas. |
