| Description | UNIPILE determines pile capacity, settlement and dragload due to negative skin friction for piles and pile groups. Analysis methods: effective stress, total stress, lambda method in multilayered soils. Pore pressure models: hydrostatic or an array of pore pressure gradients. Pile types: driven, drilled, single, groups, straight shafted, uniform taper, step taper, square, rectangular, hexagonal, octagonal, round or H-section. Settlement analysis method for any layer: Cc-eo, E-modulus or tangent modulus. Model cut and filling associated with pile groups. Output: capacity and distribution of shaft and toe resistances, direct input into GRLWEAP, determine distribution of residual load in the pile, calculate load in pile at any location. Plots: load distribution, effective stress distribution, settlement distribution, in tabular or graphic form. 'What if' capability for sensitivity analysis. English or SI units.
