| Description | Pallas PrologP is used to estimate the logP values of organic compounds in an octanol/water system. Based upon the structural formulae of compounds. Uses 3 estimation methods; a further developed version of Rekker's fragmental method, and the atomic approaches of Broto et.el. and Ghose et.al. The compound is disintegrated into fragments and logP is expressed as a superposition of the corresponding fragment constants. |
