Description	VisualFEA is finite element analysis software suitable for structural and geotechnical stress analysis (nonlinear, dynamic, staged analysis). It can also model heat conduction (steady state, transient), seepage (confined, unconfined, steady, transient), slope stability and coupled analysis of structural and heat, or seepage analysis. It includes 2-D and 3-D mesh generation (automatic), user definition and assignment of attributes, load conditions, boundary conditions, graphical postprocessing capabilities including iso-surface, and other 3-D volume data representation techniques. Analyses can be processed in a number of sessions for staged, dynamic or transient analysis with a large number of steps. The element library includes a number of unique types of elements such as embedded bar or embedded frame which can be used in modeling rockbolts. VisualFEA/GEO is a version of the program aimed at solving geotechnical problems.
